Nicole Chartier, Principal

Mrs. Nicole Chartier joins the Sanborn team with 18 years of educational experience both in the classroom and at the administrative level. After Mrs. Chartier earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish at Keene State College, she began her career in education as a high school Spanish teacher at John Stark Regional High School while earning her Master of Education Degree at Franklin Pierce University. Mrs. Chartier moved on to teach Spanish at Sunapee Middle High School while contributing to student life as an advisor to a variety of clubs and organizations as well as leading educational trips to Spain and Costa Rica. Mrs. Chartier earned her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies at New England College and has spent the last four years as Assistant Principal at the Middle School at Parkside in Manchester.

Mr. Scott Maxwell, Assistant Principal

Mr. Scott Maxwell joins the Sanborn administration with 17 years of educational experience, 13 of those as a Special Education Case Manager in the Sanborn Regional District, and another 4 years as a Special Education Liaison at Triton Regional in Byfield, MA.
Mr. Maxwell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, a Master's Degree in Education - Curriculum and Instruction from Plymouth State University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership from Merrimack College.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Maxwell is deeply involved in the school community. He serves as the head coach for Sanborn's cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and field teams, and volunteers with the Sanborn youth basketball and baseball programs.
Mr. Sean Walker, Assistant Principal

Mr. Sean Walker joins the Sanborn administration team with 5 years of experience in education with the Manchester School District. During his time there, he taught and led the emotional and behavioral self-contained program, while also contributing to the Safety Committee and the behavior management team.
Mr. Walker earned his degree in K-12 Education with a specialization in Special Education from Granite State College and a Master's degree in Education Leadership and Administration from Grand Canyon University.
Prior to his work in education, Mr. Walker had a diverse professional background as a chef and wrestler. He has been actively involved in his community, volunteering with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, coaching recreational sports, and working for eight years as a substitute teacher in the Derry School District.
Mr. Walker is passionate about helping students succeed and is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive environment where all students feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential both in school and in life.
Mr. Joshua White, Assistant Principal

Mr. Josh White joins the Sanborn administration after teaching for 11 years in the Sanborn School District. Mr White has received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health Education from Plymouth State University, as well as a Master's in Educational Leadership from The University of New England. Mr. White served as Rochester Middle School’s Health Education Teacher for three years before teaching Physical Education and Health Education for the Sanborn Regional School District.
Mr. White has been recognized with the YMCA Leadership in Education Award in 2019, 2020, and 2021, as well as the 2022 Governor's Council NH CHART Award. In 2023, he was honored as the New Hampshire Down Syndrome Awareness Teacher of the Year.
In addition to his work in the classroom, Mr. White serves as the SRHS Head Football Coach and was most recently named the 2023 Division II East Coach of the Year.
